Open for in-studio classes!

We have missed all your faces for the past month, but we are now re-opening for classes in person at our studio. During this time, we would like to ensure that all our students and instructors are safe, so we are implementing a few new policies.

We will start with 1x a day mixed level pole classes to ease back into our normal schedule. This will allow us to gauge the number of students feeling safe enough to come and take class, and for us to properly disinfect and air out the studio after each use. We will still be offering ZOOM classes in addition to our daily in studio class. We will update our schedule weekly.

Currently, we are limiting classes to 5 students so everyone can have their own pole. You can reserve your space in class by calling, texting, emailing, or messaging us on social media. If you want to drop in but haven’t reserved a space, just get in touch with us to see if there is an opening before you come.

While we don’t require a mask to enter, if you have one and are comfortable wearing it that would be best! Some of our instructors are immunocompromised and considered high risk. Their classes may require masks.

We do require students wash their hands before starting class and after.

We request you purchase punch cards online to limit the need to exchange cards.

We will not be using blocks, straps or yoga mats currently. Crash mats can be used, but need to be immediately cleaned with alcohol after. Floors will be mopped in between each class and all high touch areas will be sanitized frequently.

If you have your own clean washcloth to bring to wipe down your pole, please do. This will help us with the amount of contaminated laundry we will have to bring into our home.

We will be avoiding spotting during this time in order to adhere to social distancing.

We will need to screen each student for symptoms prior to class. If you are sick with cold/flu-like symptoms, please STAY HOME. We will be flexible with punch cards expiring. We want to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible.

How can you help us? Follow the above guidelines with patience and understanding. We want to get back to normal ASAP.
Thank you for your support and patience during this time.
