We’re taking strength training to the pole! This class is for anyone interested in both increasing strength AND reducing body fat. Anyone can join, regardless of level or previous experience. This is not a pole dance class; however, it will compliment any pole dancers training regimen and serve as a fun way for everyone to achieve their fitness goals! It is high intensity and mainly focuses on body-weight exercises with use of the pole. If you have ankle weights feel free to bring them along.
