Our newest addition to the schedule, Twerk classes with Christina, starts soon! This centuries-old dance form is fun, sexy, and a fabulous workout for legs and core. Come give it a try Sundays at 3:00pm and Thursdays at 7:30pm; you can use your punchcard or just drop in for $15 per class.

The primary mission of Polemic Dance & Fitness Studio is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for anyone interested in learning pole. We focus mainly on the fitness and acrobatic aspects of the sport, but encourage students to blend their pole artistry with other forms of dance. Polemic instructors are delighted to teach people of all body types, genders, orientations, and most ages. Industry dancers and instructors from other studios are very welcome here!
The studio is led by advanced instructor and owner, Aine, who has been teaching pole since 2006 and has an extensive background in personal training and gymnastics. Polemic Dance & Fitness Studio represents the continuing evolution of Brassy Butterfly LLC, which was founded in 2006 by Áine Inkk and partners to cater to pole enthusiasts of the Portland and Eugene areas.
Polemic Dance & Fitness Studio is conveniently located in downtown Springfield, Oregon. The studio is equipped with six spinning/static poles, as well as stall bars and other equipment to maximize your training potential. All classes are taught by experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of pole training techniques, proper safety precautions, and exercises to increase strength and flexibility.
